Jackson arrives for Christmas morning fun.....

Nearly a year ago on New Year's 2011, I posted a picture on Jackson coming in wearing his "Thomas" PJs and ready for action.  This Holiday he strolled in with his "Cars" fashion statement. So as not to miss the Spidey gloves I added the flash photo of his going into the front door.....another fun blast with the kids.

Jackson David was over for a visit tonight as his parents attended a concert (here in the music capital). I tried to put him down for a nap several times but he would out fox me. Finally when he said he needed an apple sauce snack I decided it was a chance to capture some developmental video on m i-phone, the use of the spoon! As you can see he has some mastery over this introductory utensil......next, the fork.....

I enjoy this picture of Jackson as it captures a few aspects of where he is developmentally. Notice his fingers pressed down as they steady his first steps so he can peer above the table. What a new world to explore! His grandmothers luster ware holds the imagination of a crystal ball.
